LaunchLayer is committed to making the website located at https://launchlayer.org and the information and functionality that LaunchLayer directly controls on that website (collectively, the “Site”) reasonably accessible to people with disabilities.

The Site is operated by Archith Raman, an individual New Jersey sole proprietor using LaunchLayer as a service and brand name (“LaunchLayer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). LaunchLayer is not a separate corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or other legal entity.

We recognize that website accessibility is an ongoing process involving design, development, content, third-party technologies, user devices, browsers, and assistive technologies. We intend to consider accessibility as the Site is maintained and updated.

This Accessibility Statement applies only to the public pages, content, forms, and functionality on launchlayer.org that LaunchLayer owns or directly controls.

It does not make a representation concerning:

• third-party websites or services;
• external links;
• payment providers or financial institutions;
• social-media platforms;
• third-party videos, maps, calendars, widgets, fonts, documents, or embedded content;
• browser extensions;
• operating systems;
• assistive technologies;
• Internet-service providers;
• client-owned websites;
• websites created or modified after delivery to a client; or
• content, code, materials, platforms, or services that LaunchLayer does not control.

Third-party resources may have their own accessibility practices, limitations, and policies.

As part of our ongoing accessibility efforts, LaunchLayer may use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2, Level AA (“WCAG 2.2 AA”) as a technical reference and aspirational goal where reasonably appropriate.

WCAG is developed by the World Wide Web Consortium and provides recommendations concerning perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust web content.

Reference to WCAG 2.2 AA does not constitute a representation, warranty, certification, or legally binding promise that:

• every page or component presently conforms to every WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion;
• the Site has been certified by the World Wide Web Consortium or another organization;
• the Site has undergone a comprehensive independent accessibility audit;
• the Site will satisfy every accessibility law or standard in every jurisdiction;
• the Site will function with every browser, device, operating system, or assistive technology; or
• the Site will meet every individual user’s accessibility needs.

LaunchLayer does not claim that the Site is “fully ADA compliant,” “WCAG certified,” or completely free from accessibility barriers.

LaunchLayer has not represented that a qualified independent accessibility professional has completed a comprehensive formal audit of every Site page, state, component, interaction, and third-party integration.

Accordingly, LaunchLayer is not making a formal WCAG conformance claim at this time.

Although accessibility may be considered in the design and operation of the Site, some content, functionality, devices, browsers, assistive technologies, or third-party components may present limitations or behave in unexpected ways.

The absence of a known reported issue does not guarantee that an accessibility barrier does not exist.

If a qualified audit is completed in the future, this section may be updated to reflect the audit’s scope, date, methodology, findings, exclusions, and remediation status.

Depending on the applicable content and technology, accessibility considerations for the Site may include efforts relating to:

• semantic HTML;
• keyboard navigation;
• visible keyboard focus;
• avoidance of keyboard traps;
• descriptive links;

This list describes areas that may be considered during accessibility work. It is not a certification that every listed measure has been fully implemented on every page or that implementation will operate identically for every user.

Automated testing tools, when used, may help identify certain technical issues but cannot detect every accessibility barrier or replace appropriate human evaluation.

Accessibility is not necessarily a one-time task. Site content, browser behavior, development frameworks, third-party integrations, assistive technologies, legal requirements, and recognized practices may change over time.

LaunchLayer may:

• review reported accessibility barriers;
• correct or improve Site code or content;
• revise labels, headings, navigation, contrast, or alternative text;
• replace or remove inaccessible functionality;
• provide information through another reasonable method;
• change third-party services;
• update this Accessibility Statement; or
• prioritize remediation based on severity, feasibility, available resources, and applicable legal obligations.

Nothing in this Statement guarantees that every issue will be detected immediately or corrected within a fixed period.

You are not required to disclose a diagnosis or provide medical documentation merely to report an ordinary Site-accessibility issue. LaunchLayer may request additional nonmedical technical information when reasonably necessary to understand or reproduce the reported issue.

LaunchLayer will use reasonable efforts to review a good-faith accessibility request and determine an appropriate response based on the circumstances and applicable law.

A response may include:

• providing the requested information by email;
• explaining how to access the relevant information;
• providing an alternative format;
• identifying an available alternative method;
• requesting additional information needed to understand the issue;
• correcting or modifying Site content;
• referring the matter to an applicable third-party provider; or
• explaining why a particular requested change or method is not currently available.

Response and remediation time may depend on:

• the clarity and completeness of the request;
• the nature and severity of the barrier;
• the complexity of the relevant technology;
• the involvement of a third-party service;
• the availability of an effective alternative;
• the resources reasonably available to LaunchLayer;
• technical feasibility; and
• applicable legal obligations.

LaunchLayer does not guarantee a particular response or remediation deadline unless applicable law requires one.

Where required by applicable law, LaunchLayer will consider reasonable methods of providing effective access or communication. A requested method may not be required if another lawful and effective method is available or if applicable law recognizes another limitation or exception.

Nothing in this Statement authorizes discrimination or limits a right or responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be limited.

Website accessibility may be affected by the interaction among the Site, your device, browser, operating system, settings, extensions, network, and assistive technology.

For the best available experience, users are encouraged to:

• use a reasonably current browser and operating system;
• install applicable security and accessibility updates;
• enable browser accessibility settings where helpful;
• avoid unsupported or obsolete browser versions;
• keep assistive technologies reasonably current where practicable; and
• report a persistent barrier using the procedure in Section 7.

These suggestions do not transfer to a user any accessibility responsibility that applicable law places on LaunchLayer.

The Site may include or link to content or functionality supplied by third parties. Examples may include:

• maps;
• scheduling tools;
• analytics or security services;
• software repositories; and
• other external websites or integrations.

LaunchLayer does not control every aspect of a third party’s code, interface, accessibility support, availability, updates, or compatibility.

If you encounter a barrier involving third-party content accessed through the Site, you may notify LaunchLayer. Where reasonably appropriate, we may consider an available alternative, contact the provider, change the integration, or direct you to the third party’s accessibility resources.

A link or integration does not constitute a warranty concerning the third party’s accessibility or legal compliance.

Certain documents, code samples, images, demonstrations, or other files may not operate identically with every assistive technology.

If you cannot access a document or other public resource directly controlled by LaunchLayer, contact us using the procedure in Section 7 and identify the resource and the alternative format that would assist you.

LaunchLayer will consider the request based on the circumstances, technical feasibility, available source material, applicable law, and whether another effective method of providing the information is available.

An alternative format may differ in layout or appearance while conveying substantially equivalent information.

This Accessibility Statement expresses LaunchLayer’s present accessibility approach and provides a method for reporting barriers.

It is not:

• an independent accessibility audit;
• a certification of WCAG conformance;
• a guarantee of ADA compliance;
• a representation that the Site is completely free from barriers;
• a guarantee of compatibility with every assistive technology;
• an assumption of duties beyond those imposed by applicable law;
• an admission that any particular accessibility law applies;
• an admission that a reported issue constitutes unlawful discrimination; or
• a waiver of any right, defense, limitation, or remedy available under applicable law.

No accessibility statement can guarantee that a website will satisfy every user’s individual needs.

Any warranties, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute-resolution requirements, and other conditions governing use of the public Site are contained in the LaunchLayer Terms of Use.

Nothing in this Accessibility Statement excludes, waives, or limits a right or responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, waived, or limited.

This Statement concerns accessibility of the public LaunchLayer Site only. It does not create an obligation to provide accessibility consulting, auditing, certification, remediation, monitoring, legal review, or regulatory-compliance services for a client website.

Unless expressly included in a separately signed Website Development Services Agreement and Project Order, LaunchLayer’s website-development services do not include:

• an ADA audit;
• a WCAG audit;
• accessibility certification;
• screen-reader testing;
• testing with every assistive technology;
• legal or regulatory analysis;
• preparation of an accessibility statement;
• continuing accessibility monitoring;
• accessibility remediation after delivery;
• evaluation of client-provided content; or
• a warranty that a client website complies with any accessibility law or standard.

The applicable signed agreement exclusively governs the scope of a client project. Client responsibilities, exclusions, warranties, post-delivery obligations, and liability limitations are determined by that agreement.

A client remains responsible for obtaining appropriate legal and accessibility advice, evaluating its own obligations, reviewing client-provided materials, testing the completed website before deployment, and maintaining accessibility after delivery.

This Accessibility Statement should be read together with the LaunchLayer:

• Terms of Use;
• Privacy Policy; and
• any separately signed Website Development Services Agreement applicable to a client project.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information submitted in an accessibility request may be collected, used, retained, and disclosed.

The Terms of Use govern general access to and use of the Site, including applicable disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-resolution provisions.

A Signed Services Agreement governs a paid project and controls over inconsistent public Site language concerning that project.

LaunchLayer may revise this Accessibility Statement to reflect:

• changes to the Site;
• accessibility improvements;
• identified limitations;
• user feedback;
• third-party technology changes;
• completed testing or audits;
• changes in recognized technical guidance; or
• changes in applicable law.

The “Last Updated” date at the beginning identifies the most recent revision.

A revision applies prospectively when posted unless another effective date is stated. Updating this Statement does not amend a previously signed Website Development Services Agreement.
